We booked our flights to India using Crystal Travel. The customer service was great in accommodating our request to keep our tickets within budget. Thanks Joy Wilson for all your help!
They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Spoke with Freya Donovan today as I had issues with getting my seats allocated for up and coming flights, she contacted the airline and returned my call within 30minutes and resolved the issue and booked my seats, she was very courteous and professional.

Excellent Service from James Smith
I was looking for a ticket to travel abroad. After searching on many websites I decided to call a travel agent and try with them. Called Crystal travels and spoke with James Smith. He was very helpful and found me a ticket as per my requirements. He was very diligent and comprehensive with all the checks and explanations of all the items and gave full information. I would highly recommend James and Crystal travel if you want to book your ticket
