The days of travel agents is not over...
I thought the days of travel agents was over, but Crystal Travel proved that they are alive and fully functioning. My contact was Sergio who was kind and patient with me. I had a lot going on and wouldn't call him back when we'd agreed to speak. But once I locked in he and his manager Munir were EXCELLENT. They helped put together an itenary for India, so that I could take my mother and daughter to Agra and the Taj Mahal, then head south to Kerala. It was like speaking to friends you'd met at a dinner party, they not only suggested places for me to visit, but also provided photos as we spoke. I had to adsk them to stop as I was on the brink of handing in my notice so that I could visit all the wonderful places they suggested. I'm very happy with the service, as I wouldn't be able to focus on putting together the itenary they did, which includes flights, hotel, a guide and driver, meaning that from as soon as we land we'll be looked after until we're dropped back at the airport. I'm so grateful and excited to go on this adventure. Thank you Sergio and Munir for all your efforts.

Thank you Freya Denovan for helping me with my e-ticket. I thought Crystal Travel was a scam but it just took them for more than 24hrs to send my confirmed booking and e-ticket. I just need to folloiw it up and thankks to Freya for helping me out.

Excellent service hassle free, I been using Crystal travel last 4 times I been abroad can't fault the service I have been dealing with Frank who has always helped me and answered all my quires and re assured me when I'm in doubt as I know airport staff can be awkward at times. Would recommend to others, I don't even search for flights online anymore I get In touch with Frank straight away and he will get back straight away Thank you Frank

REGRETABLY BOOKED A FLIGHT..........
I booked a flight with CRYSTAL TRAVEL 3 weeks in advance of departure through NED STARK Customer Service person, made in good faith, paid in full no questions. I received an email from CRYSTAL TRAVEL 3 days prior to my travel date, that my lay over was 23 hours instead of the paid for ticket of 2 hours. I emailed and questioned this with a reservation rep NED STARK , On their website they stated they are operating from London, but they are scamming you from INDIA. (do not trust)! Thee stated he would get back to me, I waited 6 hours no response. I called him back and he refused to converse with me. I sent constant emails and voice messages, he effectively blocked me. Stating through email my refund would take 4-6 weeks!!!!!!! I am left with a flight time of 37 hours when I booked for a 14 hour flight time, refund promised within 6 weeks I am shocked. Very poor customer service form MR NED SATRK, FORM INDIA. Do not trust this company or NED STARK. DO NOT TRUST, RUN...................!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Arbaz Khan was very helpful as was Veronica, ask for these people first, Not NED STARK....NEVER...
