REGRETABLY BOOKED A FLIGHT..........
I booked a flight with CRYSTAL TRAVEL 3 weeks in advance of departure through NED STARK Customer Service person, made in good faith, paid in full no questions. I received an email from CRYSTAL TRAVEL 3 days prior to my travel date, that my lay over was 23 hours instead of the paid for ticket of 2 hours. I emailed and questioned this with a reservation rep NED STARK , On their website they stated they are operating from London, but they are scamming you from INDIA. (do not trust)! Thee stated he would get back to me, I waited 6 hours no response. I called him back and he refused to converse with me. I sent constant emails and voice messages, he effectively blocked me. Stating through email my refund would take 4-6 weeks!!!!!!! I am left with a flight time of 37 hours when I booked for a 14 hour flight time, refund promised within 6 weeks I am shocked. Very poor customer service form MR NED SATRK, FORM INDIA. Do not trust this company or NED STARK. DO NOT TRUST, RUN...................!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Arbaz Khan was very helpful as was Veronica, ask for these people first, Not NED STARK....NEVER...
