The days of travel agents is not over...
I thought the days of travel agents was over, but Crystal Travel proved that they are alive and fully functioning. My contact was Sergio who was kind and patient with me. I had a lot going on and wouldn't call him back when we'd agreed to speak. But once I locked in he and his manager Munir were EXCELLENT. They helped put together an itenary for India, so that I could take my mother and daughter to Agra and the Taj Mahal, then head south to Kerala. It was like speaking to friends you'd met at a dinner party, they not only suggested places for me to visit, but also provided photos as we spoke. I had to adsk them to stop as I was on the brink of handing in my notice so that I could visit all the wonderful places they suggested. I'm very happy with the service, as I wouldn't be able to focus on putting together the itenary they did, which includes flights, hotel, a guide and driver, meaning that from as soon as we land we'll be looked after until we're dropped back at the airport. I'm so grateful and excited to go on this adventure. Thank you Sergio and Munir for all your efforts.

Thank you to Freya Donovan,I have a good experience with her sorting our E-tickets straightaway,helps me feel at ease as the other staff not to mention his name is not good I pay the full payment of our tickets however he told me that his going to forward my payment to the team and he will get back to me which I felt so disappointed and frustrated why can’t he issued the ticket when it’s already fully paid,and he did not get back to me..
