They didn't honour the price advertised

The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Booked flights with Malaysia airlines. The dates were changed and Christie helped us through the inconvenience. Took almost 2 weeks to resolve but got there in the end. Called when she said she would so thanks for your friendly customer service

This company refused to issue a refund…

This company refused to issue a refund for a flexible ticket purchased but which couldn’t be used due to travel restrictions as a result of Covid regulations. I was given a deadline to use the ticket which wasn’t feasible :(
