They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Everytime I have used crystal Travel the service has been par excellence . Frank has always helped me and he is attentive, understands your needs and goes above and beyond his role. I once travelled for a bereavement in the family and without me mentioning he realised that and not only sorted my tickets but also checked me in and sent me a check List of all that I needed to complete at the airport. Liars!!
Liars!!! I bought a ticket with the possibility of cancellation, as it turned out there are very narrow and strict conditions for cancellation. They refused to refund the money, I couldn't even get the required tax refund, the agent stopped responding after I gave the go-ahead to cancel the ticket and they were able to sell it again. A very unpleasant experience, I will never use their services again and will not recommend them to others.
