They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

James Smith was exceptionally helpful. He patiently guided me through my options and provided clear guidance on the restrictions of my ticket. I spent near enough a full day checking for availability on multiple websites and decided to contact Crystal Travel and I am glad I did.
