They didn't honour the price advertised

The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Sid Morgan is great travel agent

I recently booked flight tickets to Sri Lanka through Crystal Travels after my sister recommended them to me. I worked with an agent named Sid Morgan, and I have to say, the entire experience couldn’t have been smoother. Sid provided a quote that matched what I found on popular sites like Skyscanner and Cheapflights — but with an added bonus: he secured a 40kg baggage allowance for the same price, which none of the other websites offered. Another great perk is Crystal Travels’ flexible payment plan, which lets you lock in the lowest fare but pay at your convenience anytime before your travel date. I genuinely can’t recommend this company enough — their service is exceptional and almost too good to be true.

Super and professional help from Garry

Garry was really helpful. I was concerned that I had somehow paid a ticket and didn't have the seat confirmed. He was reassuring and helped me secure a seat during peak travel time. I was in a state and he was very calming and supportive.

Carolina Diaz Amazing agent for Crystal Travel

Amazing help from Crystal travel as we didn't know where to start for our trip to Perth and hoping to stop off on the way !Carolina Diaz Best agent organised our flights and even a week in Bali and hotel then onto Australia.
