They didn't honour the price advertised

The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Good experience using this company

Good experience using this company so far. We booked flights to Auckland using them and the process was easy, led by Garry we were able to get the flights and times required. Garry was polite and professional at all times.

Quick response and best prices on international flight

Quick response, and Cheaper travel options.

I received in-the-moment support from the team over the phone during weekend. Also, the response time was quicker than others. They solved the issue within an hour. Also, crystal travel has different flight options such as bags and without bags. Also they suggest alternative dates for the travel in cheaper rates. This feature is absent in other booking sites. I recommend people to use their services. The only things i suggest to improve is web interface. This should be more interactive.

Abix is a star!!!!!

Abix was a life saver. Even though the deadline for booking confirmation had lapsed, resulting in increased fare, he worked his magic so we can pay the original fare. He will be our go-to person from now definitely. Thank you for staying up late to help us out Abix. Can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended!!!!
