They didn't honour the price advertised

The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Confirmation of my tickets

I was disappointed as I had not got any confirmation of my flight.But when I got in touch with crystal travel I spoke to Alfred he was supportive and took time to explain to me. And finally,I was assisted and I got conformation.
