They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Booked Through Crystal Travel – Big Mistake, Never Again
Crystal Travel is fraudulent — avoid at all cost I made the mistake of booking with them after a sales agent called me within minutes of visiting their website. She falsely promised a fully flexible BusinessFlex ticket with no cancellation charges, in line with the airline’s policy. When I tried to cancel, they demanded £500 per ticket — despite the airline clearly stating no fees apply to my fare type. Their excuse? “It’s a complex algorithm.” Complete nonsense. They’re counting on customers not verifying the truth. To make things worse, they block access to your booking on the airline’s site, trapping you in their system. They’re not cheaper, not transparent, and their practices are deliberately misleading. This is a scam disguised as a travel agency. Stay far away.

Impressive price matching
My husband travels extensively, and has been using Crystal Travel for long haul trips. I was looking for a flight to Nairobi 🇰🇪, and December is a very peak season. Ron was very helpful and found me a reasonably priced business class ticket for travel at Christmas - they matched a price that I saw on Skyscanner (which disappeared very quickly). I was also pleased to hear that you can pay in installments. I am looking forward to booking future travels with you. Thank you Ron, thank you Crystal Travel

Amazing service
Harris of crystal travel gives an honest impartial recommendations to your travel iteinary; we have used him for several of our booking and he has always found the right flights without compromising the service which the airlines offers together with value for money deals . It may not be the cheapest deal offered but a middle ground is sought . Highly recommended
