They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Christy handled a schedule change to our flights to USA very well . We did not want to arrive at our final destination late in the day . With Christy 's help we have transferred to an alternative flight and booked seats . This is the first time we have booked with Crystal travel and will use them again.
