Easy but thorough process

Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find

Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.

Akos is the best at cruise1st

Akos is the reason I returned to Cruise 1st to start cruising again. He is so knowledgeable and if he does not know the answer to a query he finds out for you. I am looking forward to my next cruise. The planning is 50% of the holiday for me.

Very unhelpful!!

I wanted to change my cruise as we were unable to go on the dates booked. I accepted that we would lose the deposits paid but with well over 100 days to the cruise I thought Cruise 1st would accommodate us in finding another cruise. This they could do at a cost of £50 per person PLUS losing the £50 per person deposit! What nutcase would do this? However I still have to pay £75 for the privilege of cancelling and this company will NOT cancel my cruise until I do so! So this is how they make their money! Very unhelpful and would NEVER use them again!!! Be very wary of extra costs!
