Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise

Mary Isaac is wonderful. So friendly, so professional, nothing is to much trouble for her. Any questions, queries she is more than happy to go above and beyond to get things sorted and make sure you book exactly what you want. This is the 3rd Cruise this year that Mary has booked for us .
