Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find

Cruise 1st claims they take all major credit cards, yet this is untrue. They do not accept American Express which is a major credit card.
When I booked the cruise, I was given a price which I agreed, the agent then sent me an invoice for more than she sold it to me for as she said she hasn’t made enough commission! Professional? I think not.
They also charged £75.00 for cancelling the cruise plus loss of deposit.
I will NEVER use this company again.
The cruise was cheaper to book with more onboard credit through celebrity cruises.
Messages left on voicemail go unanswered and staff cannot use the correct email address to supply documents. Several phone calls needed to have a simple task completed.
Spoke to Mikey who could not have been more helpful. He was very patient while we made decisions about different aspects of our cruise and extremely knowledgeable about the places we would be visiting.
