Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

Mary provided excellent customer service as usual prompt response even out of office hours We have been using cruise 1st now for a number of years always recieved excellent service from Mary along with other staff members. Excellent work.

booked another cruise with cruise1st, this time the agent was Michael Kyriakou he was a great help booking the cruise and provided lots of useful information that was a great help to me on cabin locations and information about the ship. Not the first time I have booked with Cruise1st and definitely won't be the last, great service all round.
