Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

As usual we contacted booking agent Martin Bowe at Cruise 1st , he was extremely helpful and fixed me up with our next 2 Princess cruises in 2024 and both in the same accessible cabin. Again all done very quickly as they have all our details stored already . Martin is a joy to deal with and and has become a friend and go to man for great experience and service .Thanks mate . I started looking to book a cruise weeks ago, after looking at several companies I had the good fortune to recieve a call back from Michael Kyriakou, what a gentleman nothing was too much trouble, and dealing with an 87 year old lady (I am sure not much fun) he was patient understanding and could not have done more, thank you Michael.

As always, we have experienced exceptional customer service from David Pettigrew. He is so polite, patient and helpful with our needs (knows what we want and are looking for). We have booked a lot of cruises through cruise 1st and wouldn't want to go through anyone else. Its gold when you find Outstanding service. I highly recommend David at cruise 1st.
