Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

We wanted a particular holiday with different dates and flights. Michael Kyriakou did a lot of hard work trying to satisfy us and it took a while to sort out, but he stuck with it and between us we came to a very nice outcome. Many thanks Mikey. Hope to talk to you again soon, Steve Wright

We`ve used Cruise First before and with a very positive experience. On this occasion my wife dealt with a delightful young lady called Farah who went way,way beyond what was expected. To say she was helpful and patient would be a massive understatement! Farah was always looking to get us the right deal, coming up with suggestion after suggestion. My wife, unfortunately, seemed to come up with additional criteria. Farah displayed the patience of a saint and took it all in her stride and with her smile in her voice. I sincerely hope "Mr Cruise First" reads this review as this young lady is a credit to the company.

Wanted some information about a cruise I was looking at. Lydia answered all my queries, and in the end I booked through her. Wonderful person, very helpful.
