Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

We have booked holidays with Cruise1st on a number of occasions. Excellent service. Very efficient with friendly, value added approach in determining appropriate flights and accommodation both before and after our cruise

Rockies tour and Alaska cruise Avoid the coach tour with tour director Nancy Kovacs and John, the coach driver. Nancy gave very little meaningful commentary over the course of the tour and we did not get to see all that was due to be seen. John got us lost at least once every day. All Nancy was interested in was getting a tip and getting an early flight home at the end of the tour. The hotels chosen by 1stCruise were mixed in terms of quality and location with Sandman suites in Vancouver if the middle of a total renovation. Be careful. The scenery in the Rockies is awesome (Nancy and John could not impact that) and the Alaska cruise is a must on everyone's bucket list. My rating relates solely to the Nancy and John
