Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

We have now booked 4 cruise holidays with Cruise1st and cannot recommend them enough. As well as providing great deals they make the process easy and the communication is excellent. We recently booked a cruise for 2025 in Asia and dealt with an advisor Mary Issac , her knowledge and advice we both beneficial and extremely helpful, allowing us to find the perfect cruise for us. Even the little things such as cabin choice, best location and why etc... What surprised us even more was the after care once booked, normally all you get is an automated email but Mary went the extra mile and made the entire booking process personal. So much so that a few weeks ago we contacted Mary again as we wanted to look at a Caribbean cruise for 2024, once again she delivered in finding the a holiday that met all our expectations and budget. if anyone hasn't been on a cruise before and needs reassurance on the entire process then Cruise1st will not disappoint. You may even be lucky enough to find a cruise specialist good as Mary!!

Don't get involved with this company. They keep sending emails. When try to unsubscribe, error code 404 . I will be telling as many people as possible to avoid dealing with a company that continues to harrass with emails that are unwanted. Go away please!!

We booked a cruise back in May through Mary and she got us a great deal and booked a great hotel for us aswell. On our return we booked another cruise through Mary which we will be going on shortly and again Mary gave us a great deal. We would definitely recommend booking through Mary with Cruise 1st.
