Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

What made our booking Great, MARY ISSAC, She is a DIAMOND. Went way beyond the normal TA , When asked to make a change to our booking, It should have been made by Customer Servive , But as they where to busy MARY ISSAC took over, Changed our booking of her own bat , Fantastic. Thanks again

I have just booked a cruise.I was so fortunate to have MARY ISSAC. Mary was a diamond.she was so helpful. Mary was the only person who asked me if i was an nhs worker (i m a nurse in itu) and was entitled to a discount. This just proves how honest and down to earth a person can be She is thinking of you as a customer. Mary is very professional informative caring attentive and friendly. She advised me on various decks suitable for me. This is also because of mary asked the right questions at the start of our conversation Therefore got an insight to our needs.
