David our rep is excellent at his job.
Do not book with this company have cruised for 28 years and first time Ive booked with them and will be the last. Made them aware that the flight connections were not acceptable as the times between airport connections were not right there as not enough time but argued the point to no avail hence us being delayed for our first flight from Glasgow to Heathrow missed our flight from Heathrow to Miami BA and American Airlines both said these connections were not possible as AA close 45 minutes before boarding they are booking you the cheapest flights to connect which are not doable .Hence they had to get us other flights but none to Miami available had to fly all the way to LA yes LA then collect luggage and book it BACK on another flight back to Miami run from terminal to terminal no one there where we were sent had to run with all our luggage to get another terminal and only just made the flight .never got our overnight stay in Miami and just made our cruise by the skin of our teeth ridiculous stress and worry was an understatement which left one of our friends ill they are not interested in compensation blaming the airlines .The only ones to blame are CRUISE 1st for bad management I urge you not to book with this company save yourself a lot of stress and worry poor customer service an absolute shambles worst company I have came across so do yourselves a favour and please don’t book with them shocking 😡
Booked trip of a lifetime 18 months ago with the balance due October 2023. It's a 2 week cruise in Australia,we decided to extend our stay in Australia as never been there.The amendments team failed to contact me, stating they had not received our amendment email in June, which is incorrect as the email didn't come back to me undelivered. Finally 3 days before balance due a very helpful lady called Annie in customer services sorted our required amendments. The holiday is not until January, but all the stress attempting to contact the amendments team has taken the shine off our once in a lifetime holiday. It could have been so simple if the amendments team can answer a phone, instead of looking at emails and only dealing with them 3 months before the holiday is due.
The service provided by Cruise 1st and especially Mikey Kyriakou was excellent. The cruise package provided was very good and his help with a couple of queries was speedy, courteous and we finalised with exactly what we were looking for.
I have booked a stay and cruise holiday for next January and wanted to amend some details. Cruise 1st responded quickly and helpfully and I was impressed with their service.
Cruise to North America etc looked good but Mikey clinched the deal. Great guy to do business with.
