We had a royal caribbean forward booking assigned to this agency, which when we tried to use to book a new cruise , Cruise 1st informed us that due to a change in policy they could no longer book cruises for us. Despite this policy change being their decision they were totally unhelpful in releasing this forward booking from them to another uk agency that were happy to deal with us. This leaves us with an unusable forward booking and had to book the cruise we wanted without this. They have been of no help whatsoever and I am still reaching out to Royal to help us solve this situation. Do not use this company!

I’ve been booking Cruises through Cruise 1st for the last 5 years and never been disappointed or beaten on price. Lydia Readwin in particular has been outstanding. He assistance and guidance when booking has removed a lot of stress and and always got me the best deals, transfers, hotels etc. I will certainly continue to use Cruise 1st and Lydia.
