Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

I very rarley write reviews, only if something is outstanding or awful. In this case absolutely outstanding. I have just booked my 4th cruise with Cruise 1st. I spoke with Michael, his experience and knowledge is second to none. We saved roughly £600 on the cost of our cruise booking though Cruise 1st. Last time we saved £100, the time before we saved roughly £700. The level of service is fabulous and I would recommend anyone call them, if you see a cruise you like they will beat the price, amazing.

Great help from agent when booking. Prompt quotes and patience given when refining schedule regarding flights and hotels. It’s taken a while to get final confirmation of last flight to be agreed but now sorted to my satisfaction. The agent I have been talking too has built up a good rapport and I have recommended her to others.
