Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Being new to river cruising, I had little knowledge of what was involved and to be honest had a few concerns. Rachel was very knowledgeable and professional and fully explained and gave advice on all the options available taking into account our needs. She has a pleasant and friendly disposition and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Rachel. We are very much looking forward to our cruise through France in September 2025!!
We are group of 4 we have never been on a river cruise before I called Rachel who was so helpful it was all the help and guidance she gave that made us book she held the cabins we wanted until we could confirm everything we called separately and paid deposits. We had further questions which she answered and sent confirmation through with all the requests we had asked for looking forward to our trip next year. My husband found the site for Crui.se after looking at all the River Cruise company's online I made an enquiry with the company and Rebecca contacted me the next day. She was very helpful indeed, I explained it woukd be our 1st River Cruise and wanted some advise. Nothing was too much trouble, Rebecca listened to our requirements and came up with a really good deal which appears to meet all our needs. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and the whole booking process was very quick. Very much looking forward to the cruise next June and will leave hopefully leave a 5* review when we return.
This was a magnificent cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam - can’t fault the organisation of the travel arrangements and the service on board was excellent. The staff and crew couldn’t do enough to ensure that we were well looked after and everyone was very friendly. The excursions were well organised and for someone like 3 of our party with mobility issues every care was taken to make sure we were included and suitable arrangements were made for us. At Crui.se, Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful or patient especially making sure that we were joined up with friends who had booked separately - she replied and reacted immediately to any queries or issues we had.
