Magnificent Europe
This was a magnificent cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam - can’t fault the organisation of the travel arrangements and the service on board was excellent. The staff and crew couldn’t do enough to ensure that we were well looked after and everyone was very friendly. The excursions were well organised and for someone like 3 of our party with mobility issues every care was taken to make sure we were included and suitable arrangements were made for us. At Crui.se, Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful or patient especially making sure that we were joined up with friends who had booked separately - she replied and reacted immediately to any queries or issues we had. I found her very friendly and efficient and am grateful for her help. I hope we can use your service again before too long. Thank you Joy Stephenson
