Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Our first river cruise booking and we decided on using Crui,se as the agent and I must say it was a very good decision, from the initial contact with our cruise consultant Rachel it as been plain sailing all the way, taking into account all our wishes Rachel organized everything including the cruise, the flights, add on hotel nights plus many extra wishes, could not wish for more, truly exceptional service.

When I asked Rachel Peers to review available River Cruise's in Europe, she responded very promptly and offered great cruises. Unfortunatly we had to request alternate dates which would be more suitable. Rachel again responded With great positivity and speed.
