Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

We have used cru.ise for a trip to Cambodia and Veitnam they were amazing from start to finish especially as I’m a nervous traveller, Rachel was wonderful at all times, we were so impressed we have used them again for this year trip thank you all at cru.ise

We booked a river cruise with Crui.se in 2024. Rachel got us a great deal and looked after our booking throughout, updating us with all arrangements. On the strength of our experience with them we have booked a further cruise with them for next year. Definitely recommended for service and value

Booking: Riviera Duoro, Porto, Salamanca Representative : Rebecca Mann As a more 'mature lady' and never having been on any kind of water cruise I needed quite a lot support with my booking. My interaction with Rebecca was online and on the phone. The whole experience lasted a number of weeks with almost daily queries from me. Rebecca was always very polite, response to e-mails being almost instant, thoughtful with responses geared for my needs. I have now booked my cruise and feel that Rebecca has provided me with individually advice and I feel extremely happy with such an excellent service. I look forward to my cruise confident that I know what to expect and having confidence that I will really enjoy the experience.

First time experience with the company and whilst I assume all of the agents would be suitably qualified, I can offer that Rachel Peers who has presided over my river cruise request has fully satisfied my requirements in putting together a travel package that my wife and I can look forward to with great pleasure. Ive sailed with Uniworld before but not on such a long cruise. Rachel was a fantastic help, especially as I booked last minute. With only 7 days before departure, Rachel made sure I had everything sorted and received all my documentation in time. She called me regularly to confirm I had received her emails and helped me action paperwork that needed to be taken care of. She honestly made the whole process efficient and helped me keep calm about my last minute decision. Will definitely call her next time Im booking a cruise. Thank you so much Rachel.

Rachel booked my Douro cruise last year for me and was so helpful, efficient, and very pleasant that I spoke to her on the 2nd October to book my cruise for next year and again she was so helpful and pleasant and had everything done in about 20 minutes - very quick I am really impressed with her and Riviera Travel are a super company to travel with
