RACHEL WAS A GODSEND
Ive sailed with Uniworld before but not on such a long cruise. Rachel was a fantastic help, especially as I booked last minute. With only 7 days before departure, Rachel made sure I had everything sorted and received all my documentation in time. She called me regularly to confirm I had received her emails and helped me action paperwork that needed to be taken care of. She honestly made the whole process efficient and helped me keep calm about my last minute decision. Will definitely call her next time Im booking a cruise. Thank you so much Rachel.
