Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Rebecca Mann was delightful throughout the process. We started with a live chat during which she answered all my myriad queries, thoroughly. She expanded on explanations to convince me how good the cruise would be and what good value it was. She succeeded splendidly. We moved on to email and finally telephone booking. She was so thorough, professional and utterly helpful. She has promised to prompt next steps along the way. If I were in that profession I would certainly employ her. Well done, Rebecca! The only thing I would add is that it was important to me not to be rushed or pressurised. If I were the chance is I would have pulled out. But no, Rebecca allowed for reading time, discussion with my husband and plenty of time to come to a considered decision.
As a group of 4 we were looking to book our 4th river cruise, my friend and I looked at lots of different cruise companies and decided to go with Emerald. We contacted Emerald direct who were helpful and gave us details, prices etc. However, we decided to look at a few brokers to compare prices etc. Crui.se seemed to be offering what we were looking for and we have not been disappointed. Rebecca could not have been more helpful, she managed to get us the same cruise with the same flights, rooms etc., but at a discounted price. Nothing was too much bother and she always responded promptly and offered various options for communications either by email, phone, links etc. Looking forward to their continued support and advice as we prepare for our cruise in September.
I have been recommended this company and persuaded not to use my usual agent. Rachel has responded quickly to all my questions and she has also secured a reduced price for the cruise next week. It's the Nuremberg/Frankfurt cruise leaving on the 23rd of December. I am now looking at cruises for the Summer, already! Christina

We travelled on our first River cruise along the Rhine and absolutely loved it. We certainly plan to go on another one next year hopefully down the Danube. The cruise was with Riviera Travel and the whole experience was excellent, the food was superb and all the staff wonderful. Thank you for arranging.
The total experience was amazing from my first contact and booking, to the care by all the Boat's crew, wonderful food served at each sitting. The tours were well planned, and guides excellent. My favorite holiday and highly recommended.
