Excellent service, competitive price and great quality. Wasn’t at home when delivered, but driver left the large bag of gravel and sleepers in exactly the right place so as not to block the driveway. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend.
Quality timber
Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.

My wife and I for the first time had an opportunity to make our home our own. We went to Covers by chance and would now recommend them to family, friends and all. Our main aim was our Kitchen and the friendly service provided by Darren was brilliant, he worked with us and made it personal from start to finish. He provided his views and listened to ours which made us feel part of the journey. Darren was available when we needed and updated us on each step on the way. Highly recommend and is a credit to Cover, along with other great members of the team, naming Angela. Continuing our house adventure we needed new flooring, Adam was there to lead the way. He was very helpful in providing us his professional input, coming to our home and talking through options and design. He made buying floor a fun and memorable experience and even went the extra mile helping us out on delivery day. A great service and we are grateful to those mentioned and all the staff at Covers.

Local loft conversion company only use Covers
We are a local loft conversion company (Taylor & Cole’s) and originally started using Covers because of my business partner’s connections and knowledge in the trade - we now wouldn’t use anybody else - the service is exemplary, from the guys behind the counter and in the office, but the real difference and the reason we won’t go anywhere else is the yards men at Covers. We require a lot of timber for our lofts and getting straight and true timbers is key and when they are, it saves us a huge amount of time and allows us to build straight and true timber structures - the key here is one yards man in particular - Steve at the Brighton branch hand picks all of our timber and he is amazing. The service he gives us is second to none and the main reason we keep returning to Covers. The whole team at the Brighton branch are great but Steve (and Ian behind the counter) make a huge difference and are lovely guys to boot. We couldn’t recommend Covers more highly - thank you Steve and co.

The on-line shopping is desperately…
The on-line shopping is desperately slow. Every-time you select an item and put it in your basket, it takes about another minute before you can look at anything else. Covers themselves are great as are the products but they need to sort out the web site.
