Excellent service
Excellent service, competitive price and great quality. Wasn’t at home when delivered, but driver left the large bag of gravel and sleepers in exactly the right place so as not to block the driveway. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend.
Quality timber
Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.

Everybody was friendly and helpful and allowed me to drive into the warehouse to load as it was raining and I didn't want my boarding to get wet.

Online ordering
when placing an order, I got an error message twice, on completing the order and payment I got another error message followed by something went wrong please try again later. now I have an email confirming the order. So I think I have wood ordered but will have to follow up by phone. this should not take 45 mins but today it did!

Overall a good experience, but!
Overall a good experience with easy to navigate the purchase on line. I wanted to complete my fence repair the same day so I admit I did not wait for confirmation before arriving to collect, the first reception at trade counter was quite frosty, I apologised for being early and said no hurry. The gentleman who did assist me was brilliant, even helped to put spur in my car.

Helpful, responsive and transparent
Covers have been really helpful in the design of our kitchen. Great to work with on details and changes to get the whole kitchen right for us. Darren in particular was very helpful both in the design stage, keeping us up to date on delivery and a few queries we have had since beginning the installation. Overall would definitely recommend.
