Courier Expert claims to be a transparent company, stating that drivers receive 60% of the amount paid by the customer. But after weeks of testing and cross-checking their system, we can confidently say: this is not true. Before writing this review, we tested the same scenario multiple times over several weeks, and the results were always the same. If you go on their website as a customer and request a quote, you will see one price. But the exact same job appears in the driver app with a lower “customer price,” and drivers are offered 60% based on that reduced figure — not the actual amount charged to the customer. I would attach a screenshot comparison, but unfortunately cannot at the moment. Still, any registered driver can verify this easily. This is not an isolated case or a technical glitch — it’s a consistent pattern. So Courier Expert, how do you explain advertising honesty and transparency while using two different pricing systems?

Wish I could give half a star. This company are there just ripping off driver’s they literally making more from driver’s then the costumers. My experience was horrible and too many horrible deliveries to mention but the one that sticks with me the most is the one if I’m not wrong they called me and asked very nicely if I could do an urgent job, I thought to be on their good books I better not refuse not knowing they have no good book at all. So they told me to pick up a drill head from north London, Tottenham area and I’m from West London, Heathrow. So it took me an hour and half to just get to the pick up address and I was told to deliver it to Brighton. Over 80 miles away, long story short, my pay was £70 lol I can’t remember but if not mistaken I paid £30 petrol. Just a horrible company, stay away people

getting an order is almost a miracle, 5 orders a day for 500 drivers. I absolutely do not recommend lost money!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM.. avoid avoid avoid I wasted £112 joining up fee nonrefundable and £12 a month subscription fees. in three months I got one job my driver broke down and the delivery was late they refused to pay me £195 during the delivery period I was in constant touch with the customer and he said 830 would be the latest time. It was delivered at 8:30 my driver said they weren’t even waiting for it the box was put on the shelf. Hardly any jobs come up in your area and these are shared between 500 drivers you have more chance of winning the lottery please avoid and do not make the same mistake many others have including me I wish I’d never heard of this company

My collection and delivery worked fine, but the live updates website was always showing wrong information. It would show me that the driver would get to the collection point before 14:12, but when I called Courier Expert and they said their system showed the driver would get there before 15:00. When I placed my collection I warned that the item had to be collected before 15:00 and the driver was late and collected at 15:15. At least that was ok, but it could've not been. Also, when the driver delivered the item he called me and let me know but he didn't confirm it on the system so I had to contact Courier Express and make sure he really had delivered. In the end everything worked fine, but for the price that it is Courier Express should've delivered a stunning job, not a "ok" job.

All lies been on there since February not managed a single job .all descent jobs you apply are coincidentally allocated.🤔 If you like loosing money sign up you just might secure a job in a year just .only plus very polite customer service no work just take the money . Please don't do life time membership 300 plus probably take you a life time to make it back. 💯 Percent genuine experience .

I live in Kent and contacted Courier Expert for driving work and went with them based on their positive reviews. I paid around £90 to join and then paid for 2 months membership at £10 + VAT. I applied for approximately 40+ jobs that were in my allocated area and was successful in getting just 2. I drove around 600 miles in total and earned a grand total of £179. Take off my membership fee and monthly fees it works out at just under 11p per mile (less than the cost of running the vehicle). I contacted Courier Expert on a few occasions to raise my concerns and got the impression they did not really care and were not bothered at all when that I said in the final week (if the situation doe's not improve) I will cancel my membership and share my negative experiences online. To let you know the minimum commission on each jo (even though you pay a fee to join and a monthly subscription) is 40% (this is what they told me on the phone). I believe that I was unsuccessful on many jobs that I applied for as other drivers must work for an even lower fee. Total waste of time and effort, you will better off with Uber Eats or something like Amazon flex for extra income. Very disappointing experience that I will share as much as possible.

Just brilliant from start to finish! Arranged a pick up and drop off at very short notice and it all worked exactly as I needed. Communication via online chat was amazing ( and I did need quite a bit of reassurance !) Worth every penny for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.
