Purchased a 2025 Motorola phone from Consumer Cellular that was in stock at Best Buy and no shipping fees. I paid a lil more and had to wait a few days longer to receive from CC, but I wanted the confidence in knowing that when I called CC's tech support, they wouldn't decline to assist me because I'd purchased the phone elsewhere. Turns out, I discovered a glitch in the phone after a couple days use. Their response when I asked for help was"we aren't Motorola, we can't help with that". I said I'm simply asking how to set the device name because it kept resetting itself to 100 characters of gibberish. No exaggeration. "That's coding. We don't do coding". I asked if they were serious and said that I'd google my question while on the phone with them. I got a quick answer and said to CC that I answered my own question. Thanks for the 4 transfers and 25 minutes of my time you wasted. Next time go to BestBuy for a phone. I see no advantage buying direct thru CC

Had trouble (for 4 hours) trying to set up phone with WiFi password. Contacted the Experts and they helped me. YAY!!

I was dreading switching from my old flip phone to the iPhone 16e. I was just assuming it was going to be a nightmare!!! BUT the rep I worked with was wonderful, walked me thru each step of the process, and never lost patience with me!! Now I say to myself, why didn’t I do this YEARS ago! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!!

Jackie & your staff at the Boise store are great! I had a very old android that i was updating and switching from Verizon. Jackie was so patient & pleasant and the prices were great too. The worst thing was finding the store, it's tucked away in a corner that's hard to see until after you pass it.

All went well and excellent customer service. Hardest part was switching from AT &T as they obviously were not happy. I am pleased so far with the service and have had not issues. Would definately recommend and also saving money is a plus as always.

The switch from T-Mobile to Consumer Cellular was quick and easy, and The technical portions of Consumer Cellular were very user friendly! The service works well, even in more remote locations,

The representatives were very knowledgeable very helpful and very kind. I have a very difficult transition problem but they were very patient and helpful.

Once I finally got the transfer code from Verizon, (it took several tries to get the code), the conversion to CC was very quick with Raven's assistance. She was a much needed and appreciated help with the process.

The switch was easy from spectrum getting the Pin finished took awhile, but i am happy with C C.

I really liked the way they "welcomed me in" and not just let me wander around until having my presence acknowledged. I was delighted to feel that my situation was understood and how willing Elaine and the other reps went out of their was to help me. I'm not one for auto pay but they offered $5 off so I went with it. I LOVE being able to talk to people right here in the USA and not be frustrated by people I can hardly understand. I REALLY appreciated finding out they use AT&T towers and not affiliated with T Mobile AT ALL! Got a great deal on a phone as well. All in all I am well pleased with switching from T-Mobile to Consumer Cellular!!

Wife got a new iPhone and is trading in the old one. Ordered everything and the phone was delivered in 2 days. Service has been great for over 2 years. We did have an issue but it was taken care of very quickly by a wonderfully disgruntled and bothered customer service agent. She acted like we were bothering her and wanted off the phone asap. That is the only issue we have ever had.

My experience with Consumer Cellular was great. The several people I talked to were very helpful. We got both switched over from Verizon to Consumer Cellular, and we love it.

The person that assisted in setting up our service was incredibly helpful and patient. I'm sorry I don't recall his name but whoever it was did a standout job.

When we switched to Consumer Cellular a year ago, I brought my own smart phone while my husband purchased a new flip phone. While my husband seldom uses his phone, I used mine often. I started having issues with my phone receiving and dropping calls in our apartment building. I found that my phone was no longer receiving updates. We checked into switching back to Verizon as well as going with T-Mobile. I spoke with a rep from CC about upgrading my phone. She was very nice and confirmed my thoughts that a newer phone would probably work well, but ultimately it was our decision. I ordered a new Samsung A16 from CC knowing that if it still wouldn't pick up a proper signal in the apartment building I could take both my husband's and my new phone to T-Mobile. Forget Verizon, expensive and you can't bring your own phone. Following the directions sent with the phone I was easily able to get it running. Everything I needed transferred. The phone works well in our building and I can keep the same low price and helpful, friendly service of Consumer Cellular!

I wanted to add another line to my account and customer support made it so easy to do! I was extremely pleased and excited that it worked so effortlessly. Wow! I was on the phone for 25 minutes I think and till I hung up the transfered line was already to receive calls. The rep that helped me was so very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! I am more than completely satisfied, I'm grateful that my phone service is with such a reputable company that delivers such excellent customer service with easy to understand representatives. Awesome!
