I was so relieved when I was finally clear of AT&T and all of their red tape. It had taken me 3 weeks to find Consumer Cellular. To sign me up for their services and finally move away from AT&T it took all of 45 minutes or less. The young man was knowledgeable and friendly, and moved along in the process.
