Best move we have ever made!
Where do I start! The hardest part of switching to Consumer Cellular was making the decision to do so. I really didn’t believe it would be so easy and smooth or that it would save us so much money. We had been with Verizon for nearly 30 years. We had our lines and carried cellular for both of our Moms too. When our Moms passed we contacted Verizon to remove their lines and save some money. Not the case. No matter what we did the bill with Verizon stayed at 240 dollars a month for 2 phones and a multi use hot spot. To make matters worse we were duped into signing a contract that lasted for two years, but never realized the savings promised by Verizon. While speaking to Consumer Cellular several times they were patient and took what ever time needed to help explain how their company worked. When we decided to go for it, we got 2 lines with AARP discount, both with hot spots and unlimited text, talk AND data for $60 a month!! That right, they saved us $180 a month, we kept our phones, same numbers, smooth as silk transfer. AND the bonus?? Our service is MUCH BETTER! Thank you so much CC!
