Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

It was easy except for bank account creation.
The process is straightforward. My only concern is the bank account part. Although I understand that creating a bank account is necessary beyond the company registration process, there is no special support or assistance regarding the bank account. The service simply forwarded our contact details to the bank, and they sent us a formal email, even though the instructions did not work. I have had a bad experience with Barclays Bank and am unsure about other options.
