Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Website very clunky and did not follow a logical steps. Input difficult as kept jumping from section to section. Information asked 2 or 3 times. Does not link to source information available on Companies House, so needless additional effort. Not the best

Had a slight issue with the automated service which resulted in non forwarding of important mail. Got through to Samantha in customer service and she sorted everything within 10 mins. 10/10 customer service
