Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Accountant
When we have used this company before to register companies the process was quick and easy, with the added director checks this process takes forever. As an accountant we already have to take copies of documents and do a AML check, however the company doesn't take our professional word and makes the individual(s) do this again. It now been decided to do this straight on Companies House that does take our word seriously.

First New Company since Companies House Changes
The initial set up is very easy. With the recent changes to registration of a new company with Companies House, the ID process is a little cumbersome. We understand why it is necessary and totally agree with it, but if you use a computer without a camera, then having to use a mobile phone first adds to the time, especially if signal is weak with some network providers.
