Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

400% Price increase in Year 2
After seeing a 400% price increase in the 2nd year I wasn't happy. They then started emailing threatening letters trying to extort payment. Threating fines and possibly the closure of my company. Will never use them again and highly recommend you look else where.

A bit confusing but worth the effort.
I personally found the website a bit difficult to navigate and there was no “Log Out” icon. Completing some of the stages was also a bit confusing & difficult, namely trying to find a business category that was a match for Charities. There was also a small hidden charge of £10.98+vat On a more positive note though, Once it was all completed, the registration only took a couple of hours.
