Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Fast time setting up a company and was struggling with some documentation issues. Clare was very patient and extremely helpful with my queries. Clare provided alternative methods to overcome the difficulties. Clare kept me updated with progress, almost on a real time basis. Eventually, thanks to Clare, I was able to move the process forward. Overall, a wonderful customer experience.

First time setting up a company, and they really did make it simple! I called for help at the start and had a very quick and helpful response. The set up process was simple and I now have my first company! The only challenge I had was that it took three days for Companies House to finalise things, so rather longer than suggested on the site. It got there though.

Just provided a very clear, simple service. This is important, setting up and running, maintaining a company is not easy. But I feel your platform makes things easier, the initial stages and also the support, links to Business Accounts and other services like Google Workspace. All very good. Maybe highlight the links to creating an online presence/webpage.
