AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

I'm so glad that get insuranced with Collingwood the best insurance company at the present as I have had a bad experience with other companies in the past years, Since I started my insurance process was a bit worried but I spoke to Sarah she really sounds lovely and has the patience to explain all the enquiries, Then help me to fill out the application. Reliable prices I highly recommend for Private Hire taxi drivers to get insured with Collingwood Again I thank Sarah for the help really appreciate it.
