AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, trying to organise insurance for a 17 year old who is not old enough to legally take out a contract for anything. Company refuse to confirm whether vehicle is insured unless they speak to a child. No confirmation is sent, payment links expire too quickly and just a real nightmare. Didn't use this company for my older son and will not use them for my younger son.

Extremely unethical organisation-…

Extremely unethical organisation-PLEASE ALWAYS READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR A TRUE INDICATION AS TO WHAT THE SERVICE IS LIKE, rather than the usually made up positive ones.... Please be very cautious of them - as they are likely to try to extort money from you . They create hidden charges and do not provide a service for those charges - just a way of unethically and immorally extorting money especially from new, young in general ( low income) vulnerable Learner drivers. Please also don’t be taken in by the FAKE positive reviews- easily obtained and this company buy these FAKE positive reviews . PS : A standard response to a complaint by this abysmal company- They categorically told me that I could cancel at any point as a Learner Driver and that there would be NO CHARGE for doing so - hence learner driver insurance- you could pass in a month or 7 months - This company will rely on its T&Cs when it knows it unethical staff mislead people

Quick and easy renewal process

I spoke with Megan over the phone today, she was beyond helpful and a delight to renew my policy with. The process of renewal was easy and explained well. Megan explained everything in detail as well as answering any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
