Sandra our tutor for year 2 has been so supportive and helpful and brings passion and knowledge in abundance. She shares so much and her feedback is thorough and thoughtful and so helpful. She's been amazing and I'm excited to continue the second half of the year and progress onto year three. Thank you so much to the staff behind the scenes and placements team too for always being ready to answer queries and help where they can.

I have been with chrysalis for 2.5 yrs, my 1st year was enjoyable, with a great tutor, my 2nd year not so much, however, on year 3 1st session in January, my current tutor gave me structure, with slideshows & video clips to explain in more depth and giving examples of the different topics, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first 5 modules as I am a visual learner, the guidance given is great by Sarah Jones and she is a real fit for our group, I am looking forward to the rest of my final year with Chrysalis
I have had a great experience training with Chrysalis. The pluralistic content of the course has been very interesting and I believe has put me in good stead for my future as a counsellor. Most beneficial to my experience though is my tutor, Martina. Martina is incredibly knowledgeable, always puts us at ease, fills us with confidence and gives valuable feedback.

Amazing journey with great teaching and support from the organisation. I would gladly recommend chrysalis courses to anyone and I plan to use them in the future for my ongoing development- well done chrysalis. Thank you to my tutors and the staff who professionally and efficiently respond to my queries especially during lockdown. Learning remained on track during lockdown because chrysalis were robust and organised.

My experience has been a very positive one. I chose a course that would fit into my busy life and still allow me to train to do what I had always dreamed of doing - supporting people through Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have received great support from the admin staff at Chrysalis and have been taught by a knowledgeable and inspirational Tutor over the past 2 years. I would definitely recommend Chrysalis.

My 3 years with chrysalis were in the main very positive. During my 2nd year my tutor changed which was a little unsettling however it was positive for me in that then teaching style of my new tutor suited me better. There were occasions when some people on my course were inappropriate and weren’t challenged, however this may have been done in private. I hope so as they should have been challenged about behaviour given the course they were completing. I would recommend this as a course on the whole

Rhianan is an amazing tutor, she is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to teach us and support us. Since starting, 3 years ago, I think Chrysalis has made a lot of effort to improve as a company, although I must say that due to it’s reputation I found it hard to find a placement and was dismissed even before interview from a couple places due to training + being with NCS. Thankfully I’m now on a placement that even though had a bad experience with Chrysalis in the past was willing to give me a chance. Overall I have enjoyed this experience with Chrysalis and hope that moving forward work places are more accepting of Chrysalis and NCS.

I am on the home straight now towards qualifying for my level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy. Next step, private practice! I have thoroughly enjoyed my training with Chrysalis! My tutor is second to none in her care and guidance for the group and I have made friends for life on this journey of self discovery! Not one single regret about choosing Chrysalis as my training provider!
