Sandra our tutor for year 2 has been so supportive and helpful and brings passion and knowledge in abundance. She shares so much and her feedback is thorough and thoughtful and so helpful. She's been amazing and I'm excited to continue the second half of the year and progress onto year three. Thank you so much to the staff behind the scenes and placements team too for always being ready to answer queries and help where they can.

I have been with chrysalis for 2.5 yrs, my 1st year was enjoyable, with a great tutor, my 2nd year not so much, however, on year 3 1st session in January, my current tutor gave me structure, with slideshows & video clips to explain in more depth and giving examples of the different topics, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first 5 modules as I am a visual learner, the guidance given is great by Sarah Jones and she is a real fit for our group, I am looking forward to the rest of my final year with Chrysalis
I have had a great experience training with Chrysalis. The pluralistic content of the course has been very interesting and I believe has put me in good stead for my future as a counsellor. Most beneficial to my experience though is my tutor, Martina. Martina is incredibly knowledgeable, always puts us at ease, fills us with confidence and gives valuable feedback.

The access to all information is excellent and the organisation of the course is excellent too. I enjoy the classroom days. However, I have noticed quite a number of typos and some factual errors in the course notes and this is why I have given 4 stars not 5. I think proof-reading is an issue.

I found our tutor, Fiona, fantastic. She created such a great feeling of a safe space, where we could all talk honestly. We became really close as a group. My one point of warning is that once you have signed up for a course you only have 14 days, from that day, to change. If you decide later they will keep the money or you will have to continue paying the direct debit. Might suggest signing up each year.

Our current tutor is excellent. She is knowledgeable, objective, experienced, supportive and a great communicator too. Prior to her becoming our tutor I felt very mixed about Chrysalis.

I wouldn’t recommend Chrysalis to anyone as their support has been shocking. They have no idea what their students are doing or where they are in their study or what support they need. I have had zero contact from the student support team for a couple of years now about my course and what’s happening. Yes I know I could contact them but I have done that and have had nothing. This is just a waste of money and there are far better providers out there.

On the whole good experience. The online content is excellent, structured the course well and kept me on track. Initially I had no interest in hypnotherapy and it’s unfortunate that students are ‘forced’ to study it in their first year of the diploma course, however I did benefit in the end and now see hypnotherapy as an additional useful tool I can use going forwards. My tutor was well organised and marked on time/ gave good guidance for assignments. However at times I doubted his knowledge base and didn’t trust a lot of what he said as I know some of it to be untrue based on previous local knowledge.

I paid for a 3 year course, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I can no longer attend. They has said that I cannot get a refund on the 2 year course that doesn't even start for another 6 months. No understanding, do not listen, they just want your money . I did contact your office and informed that no refund would be coming back.

the company lacks honesty and integrity. lies to its students and gaslights them. All issues myself and other students in my cohort experienced were not addressed and any action chrysalis made was only for them to save face. do not sign up to any course run by them, you will regret it.
