Charters made renting a property very easy. Sarah from their Winchester office is extremely professional and pro active and lead us to be able to secure the property we wanted on the terms we offered. A really good experience at what can be a trying time.
Charters helped us navigate a lengthy conveyancing process. They kept us to date and did everything they could to make the process easier. If you are looking to buy or sell I would definitely recommend Charters.

After dealing with multiple agencies over the last few weeks, I can honestly say that Charters have been, by far the most professional, honest and pro-active of all of them. Since we decided to sell our Alresford house in June the staff at Alresford Charters, especially Fred and Charlie, have been friendly, communicative and professional throughout.The house is now sold stc and we will be moving to Cornwall in the New Year. Highly recommended.
