We rented a house through Charters this week. Kirstie was a fantastic agent in patiently showing us around the house multiple times as she knew it was such a huge decision for us. Kirstie also has an impressive understanding of the local community and was able to give us some really good advice. The referencing process was very smooth and efficient through the automated system, but the staff were also on hand to support with additional queries. Would highly recommend using Charters!
