Thank you to The Alresford Team. Due to Charlie Dixon's wise advice and solution focused approach we were able to rent, then sell our mother's supported living flat to suit both ourselves and the purchasers timings. I want to thank the Charter's staff at Bishops Waltham who managed our recent property sale. The sale presented several conveyancing challenges but staff were there to guide and support us along the way. They quickly updated us with any developments and responded immediately when we had questions. Highly recommend! My property was previously listed with another local agent without success, but when I instructed Charters, they proved to be highly efficient and professional. They organised numerous viewings, and the property was under offer in a short time. Although the sale took over six months due to circumstances beyond their control, Stephen Henry from the sales progression team worked tirelessly to keep things on track.
