I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Kirstie at Charters in Farnham has been absolutely amazing trying to find me a property to rent, i was signed on with other companies and Kirstie was the only one out of all the Agents who called me regularly with new properties coming to market. if you are putting your house up for rent, go with Charters. Their competition (i use that term lightly, in my view they are not) have been appalling, not one call from any of them in 6 months.

I have have owned a house in Winchester since 2009, I had rented the property through Charters Estate Agents, late last year I decided to sell the property, again using the market knowledge of Charters, the house went on the market in December 2024, and the sale was completed on the 30th of March 2025. The company have been absolutely brilliant in both the rental and sales division, I dealt with a really professional person call Jo Goddard, she kept me in the picture at all the relevant stages of the sale, never once did I have to make a call to find out what was going on- that alone is really refreshing.

Bought my house from Charters 5 years ago, great experience, just sold it with them, great experience again. The Winchester office handled the sale exceptionally well and specific thanks to Jo in the progression team for keeping me updated regularly and handling a tricky sale. All round great experience dealing with all the team members and I am most grateful.
