It was very easy to use Centauro, which I and my familiy has done for more than 15 years. During the last two years the service has overall developed and the price for full cover insurance.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

una stella perchè meno non si può. sono imbarazzanti, servizio clienti ridicolo. Effettuato prenotazione online pagamento andato a buon fine ma la prenotazione no, quindi mi trovo ad aver pagato ma no ho nessun numero di prenotazione in mano. per fare reclamo devi compilare un form dove il numero di prenotazione è obbligatorio. ho doovuto contestare il pagamento al servizio clienti della mia carta di credito. Evitate questa società come la peste.

Finger weg

Finger weg! Bei Abholung des Autos war viel los und die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Von anderen Autovermietungen bin ich es gewohnt, gemeinsam mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto in Empfang zu nehmen. Inkl. Erklärung und evtl. Dokumentation von bereits erfolgten Schäden. Ich bekam lediglich den Schlüssel auf den Tresen geknallt und musste das Auto selbst suchen. Bei der Abgabe dann die Abzocke: Mir wurde ein Schaden abgedichtet, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Und da ich leider keine Beweisfotos gemacht habe, wurden 270€ einbehalten. Das Personal, ebenfalls wieder kurz angebunden und unfreundlich, lies sich auf keine Diskussion ein. Nicht einmal ein Schadensbericht wurde mir ausgestellt. Nun hoffe ich auf Check24 und den Premiumschutz, um die Kosten zurück zu erhalten. Wie bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Centauro lockt mit günstigen Angeboten und verdient am Ende mit solchen Methoden. Nie wieder Centauro. Einen Stern gibt es lediglich für die Nähe zum Flughafen und den Shuttleservice.

Ganz übler Laden. Aufpassen!!!! Die bieten Autos ganz billig an und am Ende ist man arm dran. Wir haben für Thessaloniki ein Auto angemietet und obwohl eine extra Versicherung abgeschlossen wurde wollten die mir eine verkaufen mit 1400 Kaution welche von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen werden und die 1400 würde ich wieder bekommen wenn nicht passiert (wann wusste die Dame nicht) natürlich habe ich das Angebot nicht angenommen. Ich habe direkt vor Ort wo anders eins angemietet.

Totul a fost rapid. Am închiriat mașina cu fastkey. Ne-am dat jos din avion și din parcarea aeroportului am ridicat mașina. Nu am trecut pe la nici un birou. Cheia am luat-o dintr-un looker. Am ridicat-o cu plinul făcut și am readus-o tot cu plinul. S-a perceput o garanție pt combustibil care este returnată la sfârșitul perioadei de închiriere. Per total … excepțional.

Accueil déplorable

Accueil déplorable, personnel arrogant et irrespectueux envers les personnes. Prise en charge d’un véhicule (avec une odeur de cigarette et des cendres à l’intérieur). Après 30 km, tombé en panne au centre de Porto. Après 3 heures un dépannage est organisé. Conclusion, on me prélève 410€ pour les frais de dépannage et de taxi. À la fin de mon séjour, j’ai réclamé une facture pour les frais en question et à ma grande surprise il y était indiqué noir sur blanc: assistance dépannage 110€ et dommages par conduite négligente!! J’ai demandé des précisions, et là le personnel devient malhonnête et me demande de partir!!!! Inacceptable, je vais informer mon avocat et faire recours! Conclusion, évitez absolument cette agence de location qui est mise en avant par le site EasyJet!!!!!

He alquilado muchísimas veces con centauro,siempre todo correcto y sin problemas .los coches nuevos .cuando no tenían coches para alquilar y tuve que alquilar con otras compañías ,siempre tuve algún problema,pero siempre.Centauro tiene muy buenos condiciones para alquilar.

Sono semplicemente dei ladri

Sono semplicemente dei ladri. Non mi hanno ancora ad oltre un mese ridato i soldi della benzina, 100 e passa euro, nonostante gli evessi portata indietro col carburante pieno. Mai più. E sarebbe opportuno che non facciate mai un contratto con loro.
